Wear comfortable activewear that allows full movement. Choose moisture-wicking fabrics to stay cool and dry. Avoid clothing that drapes over your feet or has flared legs to prevent snagging. Wear non-slip socks (we have loaners if needed). Bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. Get ready to jump, sweat, and have fun!
A: At your first Cóstafit Rebounding class, you can expect an engaging, fun energy workout utilizing mini trampolines, also known as rebounders. Our sessions are designed to break the "workout" mould by offering innovative, effective, and fun exercises. The class typically starts with a warm-up to get your blood flowing and muscles ready, followed by a mix of cardio, strength, and core exercises, all performed on the rebounder. This low-impact workout is suitable for all fitness levels and ensures maximum calorie burn while being gentle on your joints. You’ll be guided by our professional trainers who will provide instructions and modifications to suit your individual needs.
