Welcome to The Rebounding & Healthy Lifestyle Blog !



So glad you found me! I am the owner of Cóstafit Rebounding since 2017. I did have a studio for 5 years but now teach online classes to reach more people and provide a video platform as well.



Why I decided to start blogging about rebounding and health


I am passionate about anything health, wellness and fitness related. Even though I love to workout and live a healthy life; over the decades life throws you some curve balls. I love to share what I've learned over the years or what I am learning currently with others who want to move better, feel amazing and have fun ❤️



What topics will you find in this blog


I have to say that rebounding has had such a bigger impact in my life than I expected. I can't believe everyone isn't rebounding. So I hope this blog will excite people to give it a try.


I also know there are a lot of women out their like me who have had their health and/or fitness go sideways and are spinning their wheels trying to figure out what to do. It sucks big time. It's better to do it together.


Topics will be Rebounding and other Fitness news as well. The Health Tips topics will be wide ranging from foods, supplements, aging/longevity, brain health, etc.. In Mindset and Lifestyle we'll cover topics like meditation, motivation, inspiration, ummm my favourite jacket LOL, and other odds an sods 😊


About my silly self and why I'm here


As a kid I was always using furniture as gymnastics apparatus much to my parents dismay. Mostly I would rather be up a tree or finding toads than playing Barbies 😂


I love what I do because rebounding allows me to use my skills in a way that is directly impacting people's ability to enjoy life both physically and mentally. I am so grateful for my clients and I feel so fulfilled every time someone tells me how much they appreciate my classes and discovering rebounding.
